Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

Satwik Fit coaching is a fully online, custom-built digital service. The moment your program begins, we invest time in building your personalised training plan, nutrition plan, and onboarding materials. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable once the program is purchased.

2. What You Get Upfront

From day one of your program, you receive:

• A customised training plan built around your goals, schedule, and equipment.
• A personalised nutrition plan tailored to your body and preferences.
• Access to your coach via WhatsApp.
• Onboarding call and weekly check-in calendar.
• Resources, guides, and form-review channels.

These are non-returnable once delivered, which is why no refunds can be processed after purchase.

3. Before You Buy - Free Consultation

Every prospective client gets a free consultation call before signing up. Use this call to ask anything about the program, methodology, expectations, and fit. We only want clients who are confident the program is right for them.

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following cases, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate payment: Refund of the duplicate amount, minus payment gateway fees.
• Payment without onboarding started: If you have paid but no plan, call, or material has been delivered yet, you may request a refund within 48 hours by emailing satwiksonufitness@gmail.com.

5. Program Pauses & Transfers

While refunds are not available, we may allow you to pause your program for genuine reasons (medical, travel, family emergencies). Pauses must be requested in writing and approved in advance. Programs cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of coaching and legal action to recover unpaid fees.
