Satwik Fit coaching is a fully online, custom-built digital service. The moment your program begins, we invest time in building your personalised training plan, nutrition plan, and onboarding materials. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable once the program is purchased.

Every prospective client gets a free consultation call before signing up. Use this call to ask anything about the program, methodology, expectations, and fit. We only want clients who are confident the program is right for them.
We may consider refunds only in the following cases, at our sole discretion:
While refunds are not available, we may allow you to pause your program for genuine reasons (medical, travel, family emergencies). Pauses must be requested in writing and approved in advance. Programs cannot be transferred to another person.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of coaching and legal action to recover unpaid fees.
