By booking or using any Satwik Fit coaching program, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully before signing up.

1. The Service

Satwik Fit provides online fitness coaching: personalised training plans, nutrition guidance, weekly 1-on-1 calls, progress reviews, and WhatsApp support. All services are delivered remotely.

2. Eligibility

• You are 21 years or older.
• You have no medical condition that would make exercise unsafe, or you have your physician's clearance.
• You provide accurate health, lifestyle, and goal information.

3. Payments

• Program fees are listed on the website and confirmed during your consultation call.
• Full payment is required before coaching begins.
• Payments are processed in INR through secure third-party gateways.
• Prices may change at any time; once you have paid, your locked-in rate applies for that program term.

4. No Refunds

Coaching is delivered as a fully digital service. Custom plans, calls, and resources are created and shared from day one. All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Follow the program in good faith and communicate openly during check-ins.
• Submit progress data (weight, measurements, photos) on schedule.
• Disclose any injury, illness, medication, or condition that may affect training or nutrition.
• Use the program for personal use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All plans, PDFs, videos, and written content provided are the intellectual property of Satwik Fit. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them with third parties.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate coaching without refund for abusive behaviour, harassment, false health disclosures, or breach of these terms.

8. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on genetics, adherence, lifestyle, and starting point. Testimonials and transformation photos reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. See our Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satwik Fit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the coaching service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the current program term.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
